Kingswood Park Signature Course #9 New Brunswick Golf

Kingswood Golf, Fredericton,New Brunswick
Size doesn't always matter. This is a great looking short par 4. I like the collection areas around the green, those are shots we don't always practice in Canada.
Hole #9 Par 4

Yardage
Claws 377 yards
Gold 371 yards
Blue 352 yards
White 317 yards
Red 276 yards
Yellow 276 yards

What they have to say;
A forced carry over the enviromentally sensitive area is required to take advantage of this shorter par four. This hole has bunkers up both sides of the fairway to a large green backdropped by the elaborate Kingswood lodge/clubhouse. A low score on the 9th sets you up well for the splendid back nine.

Dundee Golf Club Hole #8, Cape Breton Nova Scotia

There are some great views on a few of the holes at Dundee GC.

Hole #8 Par 5
What they have to say;
This dogleg right par 5 requires accuracy from the elevated tee. Try to drive your tee shot down the left center of the fairway staying away from the pond on the left and the hazard down the right side. This will leave you a clear second shot to go for the green or you may choose to lay up to the large landing area leaving a short pitch. A bunker protects this shallow green on the left and a steep bank long.

Nicklaus North Golf Club #12

Nicklaus North Golf Club
My mountain theme continues!
#12 at Nicklaus North. What they have to say;

Considered one of the most memorable holes; this island green par 3 has been rated one of the toughest in the province. A steep crown has caused many shots to roll back into the water.
How the Pro's Play the Hole Into the wind, this long carry over water will require all of a 4 or 5-iron, or a 7 with the wind.

The Dunes at Kamloops Hole #18

The Dunes at Kamloops, BC Golf
There is something about mountains and golf that I just love even on a course called The Dunes.

The 18th Hole What they have to say;

Eighteen lives up to it's lofty position as the golf course's finishing hole. A good drive to the high plateaued fairway gives you a direct look at this intimidating green complex. The powerful, deep bunkering, front and right, will capture all miss-hit or off-line approaches. For those fortunate enough to hit the green, a treacherous, large three-tiered green awaits. Eighteen beckons you to hit a fearless approach - the reward is worth the risk - go for it.
